Frequently Asked Questions

Back to Home

1. How can I contact you?

You can contact Michele's Sweet Shoppe at
questions@michelesweetshoppe.com

2. Can I ship popcorn to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?

Unfortunately, we currently are unable to ship outside the continental United States. We cannot guarantee, due to the long shipping distance, that your popcorn will arrive up to our high quality standard.

3. Can you ship to my PO Box?

No. We use UPS and FedEx ground to ship our popcorn. They do not deliver to PO Boxes.

4. How long before I get my popcorn?

Because our popcorn is made fresh in small batches and we only ship out orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, it will depend on when your order is received in our kitchen as to when it is shipped to the recipient. There is typically a 24-48 business hour turn-around for orders. If you have supplied us with an email address we will send you the tracking number for your convenience.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If a personal check is returned, applicable fees will apply.

6. When will my credit card be billed?

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is received.

7. What if there is a problem with my order or it is damaged in shipping?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or that there is a problem with your order, please call 1-603-798-5300 or email us at orders@michelesweetshoppe.com .

8. Where can I find nutritional information and what if I have allergies?

Unfortunately, we do not have nutritional information available at this time.

In regards to allergies, while only a few of our products contain nut products, all of our products are produced in a facility that uses milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from cross contamination during cooking, processing, and packaging.

9. How long will my popcorn stay fresh?

Michele’s does not use preservatives in our popcorn so it does have a limited shelf life. The unopened bags of popcorn will stay fresh approximately 20-30 days in a cool, dry environment

10. You can freeze popcorn?

Yes, you can freeze your coated popcorn so it will last longer, especially during the months of May to September, when we do not ship the chocolate coated flavors. Here's how:

1. Put the original sealed package of popcorn in your freezer (not the refrigerator).
2. It will keep well for 2-3 months in the freezer if the package has not been opened.
3. When you are ready to enjoy your popcorn, take it out of the freezer, keep the bag sealed, and leave it in a cool/dry area as you do not want any moisture to get inside the bag. Your delicious popcorn will be ready to eat in a couple of hours.

11. Do you sell wholesale to retail stores, gift shops, etc. that wish to carry your popcorn?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing to qualified retailers. We will need your legal business name, mailing and shipping address, phone, email, tax ID number, and website address, if you have one. We will then mail you our information package with popcorn samples.
